Description
TC840 Series Type S Dipstick Meter is designed for use with ferrous molten metals and other high temperature processes. Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius models. Meter reads temperatures up to 3200°F (1700°C).
Lance length is 48 inches. This model has a 45° bend 12 inches from the tip. One RTC832 expendable tip is included. Stable temperature readings are reached in 6 to 8 seconds.
System accuracy at molten metal temperatures is typically ±9°F
This model can be used with molten gold.
