Description

The HSB50 is a portable blackbody calibration unit designed especially for infrared temperature units measuring skin temperature.  Accuracy is ±0.05°C and emissivity is 0.98 - the same emissivity as human skin.  The HSB50 will maintain accuracy at 98.6°F (37°C) with virtually no error or offset because of the highly accurate non-contact transfer standard we use in production.  Each unit comes with a NIST Traceable Certificate of Conformance at each of three critical temperature points; return your unit annually for calibration.

Optional RS485 PC Interface Port.  Choose °F or °C, and North American, Brazilian, Chinese, EU, or UK power connectors; others available upon request.
