Terms & Conditions when Ordering from Palmer Wahl

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All quotes will be honored for 60 days from the date the quote is issued.
  • Please refer to our Quote Number when placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to market conditions.
  • We reserve the right to change lead times due to market conditions.
  • Many products are Built to Order. Demand will affect Lead Time.

Factory Assistance. For technical assistance and the latest availability, specifications and pricing, please contact the Palmer Wahl distributor nearest you, or the US factory directly. If technical assistance is necessary, our engineering staff is pleased to help. Office hours are 8am to 5pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Specifications. Palmer Wahl reserves to modify, change, or improve all catalog item specifications without notice. All items are fully guaranteed to conform to specifications stated in the current catalog or as quoted to the customer.

Quantity Discounts. For quantity order, please contact your local distributor or our sales department.

Returns. Please contact the factory for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any items. A re-stocking and re-inspection charge applies to the return of incorrectly ordered items.

Payment Terms. Terms of payment are Net 30 days from date of invoice and are granted to customers with established credit, or to those who provide satisfactory credit references.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. All prices are Ex-Works (EXW) Asheville, NC. Correct prices are those in effect at the time orders are placed. Federal, state, and local taxes are not included.

Credit Cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3% processing fee may be added when paid with a Credit Card.

Shipping. Palmer Wahl prepays shipping charges and bills them to the customer. We ship by the most expedient method. Standard shipping is via FedEx or by an alternate selected by Palmer Wahl.

Delivery. Palmer Wahl ships many catalog items from inventory, after re-inspection and testing to customer configurations, for delivery the following week. We will be happy to expedite orders for same week delivers (when possible) for a nominal expedite charge.

Please note: If same day shipping is needed when placing an order, an expedited shipping method may be required.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

International pricing. You may verify pricing by requesting a proforma invoice including air freight, optional insurance, and handling charges to your nearest international airport. Fax or mail are reliable and convenient ways to obtain this information.

Delivery. Many items are shipped from inventory for immediate delivery after payment is received. Delivery schedule is usually thirty days or less for non-stock items.

Shipping. Shipments are air freight unless otherwise provided. Ocean shipments are usually not recommended for instruments.

Terms of Payment. Payment may be made by US currency, by US bank draft, or wire transfer, directly to Palmer Wahl. Lead time for shipping order begins when payment is confirmed received into our account. Acknowledgement is emailed. An irrevocable letter of credit to Palmer Wahl Instruments, Inc. LOC should be opened for 120 days minimum to allow for occasional bank delays in obtaining these documents.
Net 30 days with approved credit. USA credit references required.
